The licence is tied to your machine. Client data stays on your infrastructure and is never shipped to a cloud to be useful.
Add advisers as the firm grows, or switch between monthly and annual. Move up a plan whenever the team outgrows its seats.
7 days, no card needed. Trials include a usage allowance. When the trial ends or the allowance is used, choose a plan to continue. Your setup stays as it was.

All usage is billed to your stored card on the 1st of each month, or sooner if usage reaches £100 in a month. Track it under Billing → Unbilled Mid-Cycle Balance.
It depends on how much you use Cloud or Hybrid AI. Your running total is always visible under Billing, so there are no surprises.
