Guides for advice firms

Tips

Short videos, under a minute each, showing one everyday job done for you. Watch, then try the same prompt in your own inbox.

Never miss a key client email. Set a watch on your most important clients and get an urgent flag, a summary and a draft reply as soon as they write.
Meeting brief in 30 seconds. Ask for a one-page brief before a client meeting: key questions, documents to request and risks to check.
Spot a vulnerable client. Describe a client's situation and get the signs to look for, how to adapt your advice and communication, and what to record on file.
Never miss an annual review. Set a weekly routine that lists clients due a review in the next 60 days and drafts a friendly email inviting each one to book.

Good to know

Technical questions, answered.

What do I need to run it?

Mac or Windows. On-Device and Hybrid need 24GB+ RAM and 20GB free disk. Cloud runs on standard laptops.

On-Device, Hybrid or Cloud?

On-Device: fully private, offline. Hybrid: your data stays local; drafting uses a remote model. Cloud: processed via our secure cloud gateway.

Where is my data processed?

On-Device: only on your machine. Cloud/Hybrid: Google Cloud, in UK.

Does it send emails?

No. It drafts; you review and send.

Which email accounts work?

Google Workspace and Microsoft 365.

Can I use it offline?

Yes, in On-Device mode. Cloud and Hybrid need an internet connection.

Is there an audit trail?

Yes. Every action is logged (Settings → Audit Logs), designed with Consumer Duty evidencing in mind.

How do I move to a new computer?

Deactivate on the old machine (Settings → Enterprise License), then sign in on the new one.

Windows blocks the installer with "Windows protected your PC"

New releases can trigger this until Microsoft recognises them. Click More info, then Run anyway. The installer is signed by Orchestrator AI Ltd.

Microsoft 365 says "Need admin approval"

Your firm's Microsoft 365 admin must grant consent for Orchestrator AI once, for the whole firm. They can do this in the Entra admin centre under Enterprise applications, or by ticking "Consent on behalf of your organization" when connecting.
