A £6.9 billion market, and no one has built for it yet.

Two US companies have raised more than $170 million building AI assistants for financial advisers. Neither has entered the UK. We are building the version made for it — for the FCA regime, the UK back office, and firms that answer to a regulator.

Why now

The category is proven. The territory is open.

Adviser AI moved from novelty to infrastructure in under three years. The winners so far are American, and the American product does not transfer.

Validated

The category has been funded

US players have scaled to tens of thousands of advisers on more than $170 million of venture capital. The question of whether advisers will adopt this has already been answered.

Unclaimed

The UK is a different product

Consumer Duty, FCA suitability evidencing and a fragmented back office of Intelliflo, CURO and Xplan. A US-built assistant cannot simply be shipped across the Atlantic.

Defensible

Integration is the moat

Once Orchestrator is the system keeping a firm’s back office current, it stops being a tool and becomes infrastructure. That is where switching cost is built.

Distribution

We are inside the market already

Our founding team includes a practising adviser with thirty years in UK financial services. We reach firms through the profession, not through cold advertising.

The plan

From pilot to platform.

1

Pilot

A working product with our first UK advice firms. Inbox first: meeting preparation, follow-up and search across client history.

2

Back office

Intelliflo integration, read and write. The point at which Orchestrator becomes part of how the firm runs rather than an app an adviser opens.

3

The firm

Multi-adviser deployment, oversight and compliance evidencing. The buyer moves from the individual adviser to the practice.

Business model

Recurring revenue, priced per adviser.

A base subscription licence with support and maintenance, alongside professional services for deployment and integration. Predictable annual recurring revenue that grows with each firm we add and each adviser within it.

Subscription

Per adviser, per year. Flat and forecastable — not metered usage a compliance officer cannot budget for.

Support & maintenance

Ongoing licence, updates and support, renewed annually alongside the subscription.

Professional services

Deployment, back-office integration and configuration for larger practices and networks.
